Returns & Exchanges

We keep it simple: if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Below is how returns work for Qutahia Jewellery.

Quick Summary

  • Return window: 14 days from delivery for eligible items.
  • Custom & personalized: Final sale, except for defects or production errors.
  • Earrings: Final sale for hygiene reasons (defects covered).
  • Defects/Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • Refunds: Processed to your original payment method.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all packaging (boxes, pouches, certificates).

  • Eligible: Non-custom necklaces, bracelets, rings, and accessories in original condition.
  • Not eligible: Custom name pieces, engraved items, photo-upload or custom-graphic jewellery, special sizes, made-to-order variants, gift cards.
  • Earrings: Non-returnable for hygiene reasons (we will replace/repair if defective).

Defects or Order Issues

If your piece arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, email us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges & Resizing

Prefer an exchange? We can exchange eligible items for a different style or size. For ring resizing on eligible non-custom rings, we’ll confirm options and any fees before you ship.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us: Email admin@qutahia.com with your order number and reason, or contact via Whatsapp +1 (564) 224-5868 
  2. Wait for RMA: We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack securely: Use original packaging where possible and include your RMA note inside the parcel.

Refunds

  • No Restocking Fees: In compliance with UK statutory rights, we do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 days for us to inspect the item and process your refund to your original payment method.
  • Original Delivery Charges: If you return your entire order within the 14-day window, we will refund the standard outbound delivery cost. If you chose an enhanced delivery option (e.g., next-day delivery), we are only required to refund the equivalent of our standard delivery rate.
  • After we process your refund, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the funds to your account.

Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind returns: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
  • Defects or our error: We cover/credit reasonable return shipping costs once the defect or error is confirmed.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production hasn’t begun. Custom and made-to-order pieces move into production quickly and cannot be cancelled after that point.
